Hello everyone! This week I made some vegan marinara sauce using tomatoes grown by Mr. B's Bouquets and Rustic Creations. You can check them out on Facebook here:
Vegan Marinara Sauce
This is a marinara sauce recipe from Jennifer Cornbleet’s Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People
Recipe
1 Medium-sized ripe tomato (I used a tomato from Mr. B's Bouquets and Rustic Creations)
1/2 C Sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in hot water for at least 45 minutes
1/2 Red bell pepper
2 T Olive oil
1 T Minced fresh basil or 1 tsp dried
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 Clove of garlic
1/2 tsp of Back pepper
Dash of cayenne
Pinch of salt
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth
