“To recharge our tired and failing batteries and bring the blush and bloom back to our cheeks, to have the charm of life and graciousness in our movements, it is necessary that we get all the vitamins and minerals back into our bodies that we burn out in everyday living.  When we look at the food – devitalizing processes in the commercial world today, we can definitely see how so many people become unable to live or work at their marriages and I would also add – relationships by eating these lifeless foods.” -Dr. Jensen’s Nature Has A Remedy

Just as healthy eating is important, what we put on our skin is also very important.  Our skin is the largest organ we have.

Essential oils are 100% natural.

What is Aromatherapy?

Healing therapy using oils distilled from aromatic plants (herbs, flowers, resin, wood, and roots).  Aromatherapy stimulates the body to heal itself. Essential Oils (EO’s) are the aromatic molecules in plants making them both fragrant and giving them many medicinal properties.

Lavender, or Lavendula Angustifolia: The name comes from the Latin word “lavare,” or to wash.

Research shows that:

  • EOs can wipe out an infection without harming the surrounding healthy tissues

  • EOs heal emotional problems as well as physical

  • EOs have no chemicals

  • EOs can kill microorganisms

  • EOs relieve pain

  • EOs tone digestion

  • EOs repair cells

  • EOs stimulate immunity

  • EOs heal wounds

  • EOs improve circulation

Essential oils are the fragrant principle of the plants.  They are the chemical component that gives a plant its characteristic fragrance.

Soil types, climate, harvesting time, genetics, chemotypes, type, and age of leaf, all play a role in the quality of the oil.
